Dan is a Consultant on our Contract Team, and joined Hireforce in August 2018. Dan is passionate and brings the FUN! Dan is eager to learn new crafts to further develop his skills and knowledge. He exudes his positivity to his colleagues and ensures that he puts his best foot forward every single day. Dan has represented Hireforce at Dreamforce and has spoken at several Bay Area User Groups.

Q: What’s the best part of your job/Hireforce?

A: Being able to approach recruitment from a consultative angle, while being confident that my team has both our clients and candidates best interest in mind makes my job both enjoyable and easy. I’m proud to present myself as a recruiter from Hireforce, I don’t think a lot of external recruiters can confidently say that.

Q: What’s the best way you start the day?

A: Cardio, meditation, and lots of calories

Q: What do you wish you knew more about?

A: Life beyond our universe and what our world was really like thousands/millions of years ago

Q: Where is the most interesting place you’ve been?

A: Russian River with a giant slice of pepperoni pizza

Q: What have you been doing to keep yourself busy during this shelter-in-place?

A: Reading memoirs, going on walks, in-home workouts and working on passion projects

Q: What’s your favorite thing about Salesforce?

A: Ohana is real!

Q: What’s your favorite Cloud?

A: Commerce is the most interesting to me. We’ve been seeing an uptick in the demand for this skillset more recently.

Q: Who is your favorite MVP?

A: Amber Boaz – Amber is as charismatic, as she is knowledgeable. She has been an excellent resource for me when I have questions about anything Salesforce related. Amber truly represents the Ohana lifestyle, and on top of that she’s a really cool person.

Q: Favorite trailhead character?

A: I love them all equally!
