Hireforce at Snowforce Salt Lake City 2019

Gina and Austin were excited to represent Hireforce at Snowforce in Salt Lake City last week. The growing Salesforce market is apparent with the largest turnout at Snowforce yet! The conference was a great opportunity to learn how different organizations are using Salesforce in innovative ways to improve their processes, communication, and customer service.

We were able to meet with dozens of the roughly 600 attendees in between sessions about Einstein, Service Cloud, and Lighting among others. Some of the sponsors included Copado, Bluewolf, Simplus and Workato. There were some great booths held by the Gold and Platinum Salesforce partners as well as companies listed on the AppExchange.

One of the most valuable takeaways from the event was the message from the keynote closing speaker, Doug Fabrizio. Doug encouraged everyone to “focus on attentive listening, without distractions, to truly engage with others and understand what is being conveyed.”

At Hireforce, we embrace building strong relationships and exclusive partnerships and we are excited to expand our network into Utah. We’d love to hear about how we can help your Salesforce team with talent acquisition and retention.
