We’re so thankful to have placed so many wonderful contractors and direct hires we have this year, with so many amazing clients.

See below why some of the amazing candidates we’ve placed in new opportunities are just as thankful for us:

“I am extremely thankful for Hireforce, because I have joined an esteemed organization where I can realize my career dreams and explore my capabilities with full potential!” - Salesforce Business Analyst, Contractor

“I’m thankful to Hireforce for providing me with such a great opportunity at the right time. The process around setting up the interviews and onboarding was super easy and quick. Hannah has been friendly and helpful throughout the process! I would like to thank each and every one at Hireforce that has helped me land on this wonderful project assignment. Lovely to work with you all.”  - Salesforce Developer, Contractor

“You represent great clients, which translates to a great opportunity for me. Having been a consultant for more than the past decade I have been exposed to many organizations and their approach to delivering technology and professional services. You sold me on the culture here and the culture here is awesome.

Second, you really made the process tremendously easy. With several other recruiters trying to capture my attention, you guided me very effectively in being prepared for each step of the process. With the number of people I had to interview with, it all happened very quickly (which was great for me with other offers awaiting a response), and more importantly, smoothly. You had our act together for us, which didn't make job seeking feel like a second job for me.

Once again, thank you for not simply placing me at my next job, but connecting and being a partner on that journey!” - Salesforce Solution Architect, Direct Hire

“Being someone who believes in being at the right place at the right time  - Hireforce helped me in finding the right project wherein the growth and scope of work is super inclined towards my career goals. To have all the responsibility of delivering business solutions, it's super crucial to have the right resources and have the perfect balance between the projects need & the candidates need. I say a HUGE thanks to Hireforce for helping me connect with the right people to get inspired and keep learning each day.” - Salesforce Business Analyst, Contractor

“The month of ‘Thanks’ is outright without elegantly thanking Hireforce!

I vividly remember Bri from Hireforce reaching out and inquisitively chatting with me on my goals and career.

Bri had a human touch and was very empathetic in her responses. It was very hard to get these in turmoil times!  After our talk I let the matter rest for good. I really wasn't sure if she could find anything for me.

Alas! I‘m wrong she was back with a brisk and I had options to pick from which was as scarce as hen’s teeth!  Everything was marshalled out for me in my interview. I gave my best shot and Hireforce took every ounce to make the process unwrinkled.

I always thought about reaching the destination but the journey I had with Hireforce is marvelous!

As Dan Eldon said:‘The journey is the destination.’” - Salesforce Developer, Contractor

“I’m thankful for Hireforce because when Taylor reached out to me on LinkedIn, it was clear that she had already spent the time to read my profile and ensure I was a good fit. She was upfront about key details (such as the job description and salary) which makes both of our lives much easier. The best part is, when we spoke on the phone, she really seemed to care about me - who I am, what I want in my career, and how to get me there. I didn’t feel like a number or a statistic - I felt like a valued employee with talent that is worthy of finding a great role. It was one of the most pleasant conversations I’ve had with a recruiter!” – Salesforce Business Analyst, Direct Hire

Q: What’s the best part of your job/Hireforce?

A: The best part about Hireforce is definitely the people I work with! I have never been around such a positive and collaborative group of people before who genuinely want each other to succeed! The best part about my job is talking to Salesforce professionals every day, there is truly so much to learn from these people, and it is neat to hear about projects they’ve worked on.

Q: What’s the best way you start the day?

A: I start my day with a cup(s) of coffee and spend time waking up with my very sleepy dog, Maggie!

Q: What do you wish you knew more about?

A: I wish I knew more about Astrology.

Q: Where is the most interesting place you’ve been?

A: The most interesting place I’ve been to was Nassau. It was cool because we went to some local spots and were immersed in the culture. They have some neat little stores where things are handmade by the people there, and all of the supplies were locally sourced—a very vibrant little place.

Q: What have you been doing to keep yourself busy during this shelter-in-place?

A: I have been trying to be outside as much as possible! Any time I can be on the beach or out on the boat is a great day for me. Now that it’s getting cold out, I’ll probably pick up reading more.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about Salesforce?

A: My favorite thing about Salesforce is that there are SO many avenues to take and always new things to learn! In Salesforce, there is truly something for everyone.

Q: What’s your favorite AppExchange app or expert?

A: I recently came across iWave, which I thought was neat because it helps nonprofits screen and keeps track of their donors and what they can give. I am a firm believer in giving back, so anything that has to do with nonprofits or environmental health, I’m here for it!

Q: What is your favorite Salesforce blog or MVP?

A: I have been studying for my Administrator certification, and through that, I found the blog forcetalks. I have come to enjoy this blog because they post about anything from in-depth articles to basic things to learn in Salesforce. It has been a great resource for me as I continue to learn new things every day in this massive ecosystem.

Q: Favorite trailhead character?

A: My favorite trailhead character is Lionheart Astro! What can I say? I love a good lion suit! Above that, he meets the needs of nonprofits and education, two things I am very passionate about—he is “championing the people who make the world a better place.”
